Look for Sk!dfest or Skidapalooza on tour to Seattle this January.
That’s right, you can now listen to music on the server. I’ve installed a little plugin that gives the players a pretty nice selection of various internet radio stations to listen to while they play! Simply type “Music” into chat in game and you will be presented with a category list. Each category has a number of stations in it, there is everything from Rock to Classical to Techno.
There should be no effect on performance or the server, however I’m not extremely familiar with the plugin, so if you do notice any problems at all, please let me know right away and I will either try to fix it or remove the mod if the issue is big enough.

We now have a nice custom CoS header courtesy of derived!
A small change, but a very welcome one, it definitely adds some “CoSness” to the site

So,…. it’s our old friend the Craw!
Well as I mentioned in an earlier post on the forums, I’ve been considering switching up the main website to make it a bit more accessible to the board members, and here it is!
The new site is running on a blog tool called Wordpress (love it!), which opens a lot of posibilites when customization and the general look and feel of things.
The current theme is simply something I grabbed online, I somewhat like it, though it’s by no means a permanent thing as we can change it at any time (there are hundreds of thousands of themes out there). So if you are greatly displeased by the look of things, leave a comment or make a post on the forums and if enough people dislike it, we can find something different 
.
If anyone is familiar with wordpress and knows some nice plugins they would like to see installed, don’t hesitate to speak up. I’ve added a fun little games widget on the main site for now though, I’m going to try to find a better one, or setup stand alone arcade page.
I will be sending out an email to the board explaining the usage of the admin panel soon.
